First of all, I would like to introduce the character of Lara Stone, otherwise known as the Nationality, a professional fashion model from the United Kingdom. Her bio states that she was born in Scarborough where she was a very young child and was educated at a local school. In her mid-teens, she went to Milan and studied for two years there, specializing in fashion design. While in Milan, she worked with a famous fashion designer and learned the language of French.
Nationality, was an important lesson in her career. As she herself states, “I always felt different… apart, from everyone else.” This made it even more important for her to create her own unique identity, which is something not all models can do. Nationality has given her many different opportunities, all of which are unpaid, due to her standing as a freelancer, and the Internet. Her most notable job was launching her own design agency, titled Nationality, and later doing photo shoots for various high-end brands, including Gucci and Dior. Her credits include the cover of the book “The Essence of Russian Beauty”, as well as several fashion shoots for high-end boutiques.
Nationality, however, did not stop her from becoming a millionaire, which is surprising because of her relatively young age. This gave her time to enjoy traveling and meeting different people in her profession. Nowadays, Lara Stone spends her days designing clothes for young adults, as well as working as a personal trainer. Despite her seemingly young age, Nationality has been able to establish a lasting name in the industry. The success of Nationality has also helped her gain numerous acting roles, giving her even more fame.
