Luisa Cruz is a famous celebrity from the reality show, “The Apprentice.” She was one of the candidates competing to be the next apprentice with Donald Trump. As the show progressed, she became increasingly more shrill and combative with one-another, to the point that one of the other candidates, Jason Hicks, said she reminded him of a headstone that could be placed in her tombstone. This was not the ending for this rather unusual character as people who watched the series ultimately voted her the winner. However, her association with the show did not end there as she became an integral part of the series and even gained a number one ranking in the popular TV show, “The New York Times.”
So where did the tall, Cruz, fit into all this? It seems that height was not a major consideration for her potential marriage partners. Donald Trump, at one point, said of her, “I like her to put on a dress, sit on a chair and have a good time, but no more.” The same can be said of Luisa Cruz’s first husband, convicted felon Melgoiras Menes. According to a trial transcript obtained by CNN, Melgoiras Menes was quoted as saying of Cruz: “I think she’s a really nice woman, she’s a nice lady… she does love me, I’m really happy – and it’s a two-way thing, you know.”
From her numerous encounters with the rich and famous, to her own height, this could be the defining moment for Luisa Cruz into the world of married life. However, it is also possible that her height and the opinions of her former marriage partners will impact the outcome of her marriage to a much greater extent than her actual height and weight would in any other situation. Height is one of those things that we tend to discuss only in relation to celebrities, and how they must stay thin to look beautiful, while those who are considered to be morbidly overweight are often ridiculed.
