Kenneth Jones), who may need to be a backup for the first three weeks if the Redskins use DeSean Jackson a lot. Wilson is coming off an ugly performance that he is likely to look for more consistency from with this offense.
3. Josh Norman (49ers), It may be time to move on from Norman. It’s also a very good sign for him that the Redskins didn’t keep him around for a longer period of time as some reports in recent weeks suggested. He may have to spend his first two years as a starter in Tampa Bay.
4. Jared Goff (Carson Wentz) vs. Jake Locker (Raiders), The Eagles were playing well, but ultimately the play-calling was what made Locker look bad. He still is an easy quarterback to stop. Goff did have a very solid game against Oakland, albeit by three points (two of those being sacks on fourth down in a red zone situation for most of the game).
5. Blake Bortles (Jaguars), He had a rough Week 10 against the Texans. It was the right call with Bortles in his normal spot. The problem, though was his decision-making on the move down the field after completing a few passes in the first half. Now it’s time to decide if he’s a week one starter.
6. Kirk Cousins (Rams), It’s easy to call him the clear starter after Week 11, except he still hasn’t seen anyone better than him to this point. But there’s a lot of room for improvement. This is a quarterback who, to this point, has had trouble with getting the hang of short passes (and, yes, he made some terrible pick plays on Sunday).
7. Kirk Cousins (Rams), No. 14 has been terrible. He’s played well enough in the few games we’ve seen him that it’s hard to call him the second-year quarterback. It’s time to move on.
8. Marcus Mariota (Panthers), The Titans’ offensive line was bad early, and Marcus Mariota was getting beat a lot. For my money, this is a quarterback with the best chance to be great. But, man, is he getting beat at the other half.
9. Jacoby Brissett (Eagles), It is hard to tell who is playing better, Brissett or Carson Wentz. What is clear is
