Why Have Mr Socks Become So Popular in Hollywood?
Mr Socks is known as Socks or Sockies on the farm, and he’s a fierce little fella, with some very mean looking looks towards his alpaca friends as though to say, watch it, don’t touch it! This guy comes from Australia, where the weather is pretty hot all year round, and it’s just as he says, “iny yang everywhere”. It seems that Mr. Socks has a thing for alpacas, and when you look at the pictures of him in his Mr. Socks getup, you know exactly what I’m talking about. He has long hair and almond shaped eyes, and the expression on his face just says, “Look at me, I’m mucking it up!”
This animal-print fashionista was born on an alpaca farm in Australia. This was way back in the 1970’s, and his popularity has since spread all over the world. He’s appeared in fashion magazines, music videos, TV shows, and has even been on Dancing With The Stars and Nightline. Why has Mr. Socks made the transition into Hollywood? Because he has a great personality, is totally fun, and is totally self-confident with who he is.
Mr. Socks has been featured in the episodes of “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” and “The Pink Flamingo”, so if you like animation or fantasy movies, this is the guy for you. I love all different types of alpaca clothing, including his alpaca rug, but his Mr. Socks look is my personal favorite. Alpacas are cool, and this guy looks great in the funny outfits they wear during the summer months, and the rough tights and jeans he wears during the colder seasons. No matter what you’re into, you’ll probably find something you’ll like on this alpaca socks man, as Mr. Socks is a true entertainer.
