W. A. Fricke is the Executive Secretary for the Institute of Social Policy (KPSA) in Breslau. He is also the Member of BPSA’s Social Policy Council.

The purpose of the KPSA is to promote a socialist solution to the problems that confront society today. Its activities are to inform people about the political, social, political and economic situation and present the possibilities of alternative solutions; and encourage action in collaboration with other political figures and intellectuals.
