Men’s workwear has not changed much in the last hundred or so years and this is because their primary concern was work, not fashion. The industrial revolution saw many workers put on clothing that was made of canvas and other natural fabrics that did not have to be ironed out or washed. The industrial revolution also caused a rise in the demand for men’s workwear, which led to the development of various materials that were used in men’s workwear like the cotton drill handkerchief which was a very popular men’s workwear item of the time.

Fashion has come and gone by the wayside in modern day but it can still be considered to be an important part of men’s wardrobe. There are many different kinds of trends that are seen amongst men and each one has its own appeal. There are some men’s clothing trends that are more common than others but either way they are still very much in demand amongst men. One of the most common trends in men’s workwear is the rise in popularity of men’s flannel shirts, which became very popular with truck drivers and construction workers.

Another men’s workwear trend that is growing in popularity is the growing number of businesses that are now offering custom tailored clothing for men. This type of custom clothing is becoming more popular in Western countries where men are spending more time outdoors and working with their tools and equipment in the elements. The main benefit of ordering custom tailored clothing for a customer is that it allows for tailors to create a style of men’s clothing that will fit his body perfectly. It also allows for the tailors to add design elements to the clothing that will compliment the wearer. Some men may choose to wear short sleeve shirts that are more fitted and have a cowl neck cut while others may opt to wear long sleeve shirts that are more tapered and have a button down collar.
