Casey Kaufhold is a professional bowler who plays the sport of archery professionally. She is originally from New York City and is currently pursuing her degree at the University of Maryland, College Park. Casey is originally from Nassau County, but currently resides in Sarasota, Florida.

Prior to winning the ladies’ division at the 2021 U.S. Olympic Team Training Camp, Casey competed as a freestyle or mixed martial arts fighter and lost a decision to Sarah Kaufman in the finals of the tournament. After the loss, she gained an interest in this sport and signed with EliteXC, a professional MMA and kickboxing gym. Since signing with Elite XC, Kaufhold has not lost a fight, nor has she even missed a beat. Her winning streak started when she fought and defeated Sarah Kaufman in the Elite XC Women’s Welterweight tournament. Since then, she has gone on to win the Elite XC Heavyweight title twice, and she has avenged her loss to Kaufman at Elite XC: Onslaught, defeating her once more in the main event of the month of August of 2021.

Casey has played all different types of different archers throughout her life, including being an above-the-knee archer and a mid-length bowler. She has also played the sport of hockey and softball as well. She currently plays the sport of netball, a sport that involves kicking the ball around an artificial field, much like soccer, but with two legs. Regardless of her playing style, her goal remains to compete successfully and win against women of all ages in any sport that she does participate in. Her natural height and weight are an asset to her being a professional bowler, but what really sets her apart is her ability to perform with her heart and soul, despite being only 6′ 2″.
