Yasmin Green is a Nationality Designer, whose works frequently consist of dresses inspired by traditional styles of the Middle East. However, in the last two years she has gained international attention, as one of the new wave of designers creating dresses for masses, with a focus on women who are young at heart. The Nationality Designer, Yasmin Green is originally from Syria, originally studying architecture. Following her education, she travelled the world, finding employment in various prestigious fashion houses including Prada, Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and Gucci. She designed clothing for various Middle Eastern brands, as well as fashion for high profile magazines, before finally deciding to pursue a career as a designer. One can trace her path to her background in architecture, where she studied an architecture degree alongside an Art History degree, which gave her the opportunity to work with interior design concepts on numerous projects. Her career as a designer was most notably associated with the Paris based company Dior, who hired her to create the for the then new singer Leona Lewis, and also responsible for helping launch the line of designer sunglasses by Baccarat. She has also worked for brands such as Versace, Fendi, Burberry London, and Celine cosmetics, before focusing on her fashion design career, and founding her own design consultancy, which focused on creating bespoke clothing lines for younger women.

In recent years, Yasmin Green has worked on her own design consultancy, which she began while still a student. As a result of this career path, she has been able to meet and develop business contacts all around the world, and continue to liaise with high profile people from all nationalities. In fact, Green has been involved in liaising between many of the leading figures in the fashion industry, as a means of sharing creative ideas and plans for the future. Green is also responsible for the translation of many documents, including legal briefs, marketing proposals, brochures, project plans, contracts, letterheads, business cards and many others. This work is carried out by Green in partnership with company specialists, who are native or national language speaking people from various nationalities.
