Spring Summer Fashion Trends For 2021

It’s not a question of if we’ll see more spring or autumn fashion, but which fashion style will we see this spring? It seems as though there will be one this spring, if history has taught us anything. Fashion is all about to change again with spring having almost as much as fall for fashion trends to follow. I think we all have a keen eye on what is to come and the fashion world has already started paying attention. Fall and winter are now in full swing, and many believe spring will be even better than ever before.

This spring will once again witness fashion trends that will see more embellishments and embellishment, such as feathered hats and feathers, tulle, lace, ruffles and bows, leather and metallic materials. These fashions are already being widely worn throughout the fashion world, but with a slight twist this spring. Instead of the heavy embellishments and brocades, we will see a much more laid back look, possibly influenced by the days of the hippie generation. Also, instead of focusing on the heavy colours and loud patterns, we will see a much more relaxed, simple look, with the emphasis on flimsy fabrics and softness instead. The floral and spring time colours will once more dominate the fashion scene, with bright, bold colours ranging from deep orange to hot pink adorning the dresses, skirts and tops. This season we will also witness a greater number of women wearing asymmetrical tops, helping them to break up their solid, straight styles.

As for women’s clothing, this season will see the return of vests, with more patterns and prints, such as polka dots, stripes and animal print. If you like to dress in a more casual style, don’t worry – there will still be a huge number of choices for you to choose from. Another trend emerging this spring is the ‘smart casual’, meaning smart dresses and skirts with softer features. Look for smart spring fashion clothes in colours such as yellow and cream, with geometric prints and floral patterns to compliment the trend.
