Shiv Pierre-Louis has had enough and asked in a Facebook status message (via NBC4) what he “should” do: “I want them all to have a good time, but I wouldn’t want it to be too loud.”
That’s a bold enough move, and maybe the fans have gotten the message, because their reactions on Facebook show that’s what they wanted.
“You are not the head of security or the manager right now!! You should take responsibility for this!!,” posted one fan.
Another man added: “Why aren’t you running the show?! What was the problem? And have you cleaned up the mess after this debacle?”

The security footage of what allegedly happened at the “Ladies and Gentlemen” show wasn’t released by NBC.
NBC says he’s been banned from all official, promotional and televised events.
A spokeswoman from the station says they don’t comment on personnel matters.
UPDATE: The video posted on YouTube shows several people jumping up and down. Pierre-Louis is seen holding his jacket at the time and is seen calmly walking away.
