Sarah Aurora (nicknamed “Space Ghost”) was a famous and talented singer-songwriter, actor and producer from Hollywood. Born as Sarah Benita in Lexington, KY she was raised in the predominantly Southern part of the nation. The singer-actor/ producer had a name that kept surfacing in connection with the music she sang and performed – but most notably in the context of her work as an actress and singer. She had a national following and achieved success through many endeavors such as the musical “The Suite Life of Candy,” the film “Speed” and the television series “Heroes.” She is survived by her mother, father, siblings and fiance.

Sarah Aurora was an accomplished woman, known for her wide range of talents and skill as an artist. Born as Sarah Benita on May 02, 1997 she was named after the famous singer and songwriter June Carter. She grew up in southern Kentucky and attended the John Curtis High School. Later she went on to study music with Betty Boop, Alice Cooper, Boz Scaggs and Nancy Sinatra, making her one of the accomplished female singers musicians who became prominent in the Hollywood entertainment scene.

Sarah Aurora’s death on July 14th at her home in Lexington, KY marked a sad end to an era. She is survived by her mother, father, siblings and fiance. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
