Nationality is not important to Kate R. In fact, she proudly states that she is a “nationality matters not.” Although it is important to her that her clients are not from certain countries, like Guinea or Sierra Leone, she does not focus on nationalities when pursuing cases. Instead, what she and her firm have learned through experience is that more often than not, one can find a common ground regardless of nationality, as long as the injury is brought about by an accident at work, on the road, at the beach or any other place.
Height, weight and gender are not important to Kate R., nor are marital status, age, religious affiliation, race or political views. This is because those things have no bearing whatsoever on whether or not a client can be successfully represented by her firm. In fact, she will never pass up a client who shares similar ethnic or cultural background, sexual orientation or disability. As an attorney, Kate R. has seen her fair share of gay and lesbian cases. She has gone on to represent both these groups successfully, which gives insight as to how her personality and legal philosophies can be beneficial to each group.
It should also be noted that Kate R. does not have a huge staff, or many employees; she relies on her love for the law, her sharp instincts and her knowledge of how the legal system works. Additionally, she enjoys traveling, meeting new people and enjoying life as an attorney.
