Noble Outfitters Socks – Tall Boots Socks Is Not the Real Deal

When Noble Outfitters sent me a query about socks, I had to see if it was a joke because this is one of my pet peeves, you know, socks everywhere! So when I sent in my email to ask if they were going to review something; I said sure, what do you want? They replied to me, “Just an idea, let’s see what we can get for you.” So, when Noble Outfitters sent me a Sock it was a pretty good idea, a couple different pairs to try, I’m not sure if I like them all but the over the calf Peddles looks good. They sent two pairs, first up the Over the Calf Peddles.

The first pair I tried, and liked, the Over the Calf Peddles with a striped background and golden-bronzed bent to make it look like the kind of shoes you would find in the Olympics. Well when I tried the second pair of Noble outfitters socks, I wasn’t quite as impressed. It wasn’t that they made the boots look funny, I suppose that they didn’t realize how much I originally wanted them to look like… they were just too short, and there wasn’t enough material there. The knee-high fashion socks barely reached the heel of my boots and I was disappointed with that.

The thing is, I like to wear equestrian socks, I’m an amateur equestrian, but these aren’t really meant for wearing around the barn or on a horse, you know? The thing is, when you’re standing in the stirrups and you’re trying to mount then it’s hard not to slide off if you’re wearing boot socks. I mean, I know that this company does make a boot socks for men and women, but they are not supposed to be worn around the barn all day long like some sort of silly shoe. These tall boots socks might as well be for walking around the block in, or at the very least for riding…
