Age of Limits artist and creator Olivia Stutz has created a series of contemporary home designs using elements from traditional interiors to modern art and architectural flair. The resulting homey dwellings, situated in distinctive urban environments, are distinctive and interesting, as well as being instantly recognizable and stylish. Each “cityscape” is focused on the unique properties of individual spaces. Set in four distinct neighborhoods – Bay Shore, Broomfield, Hermosa Beach, and South Beach, each property is designed with a distinctly different style, influenced by its neighboring neighborhoods, the natural landscape, and the unique personality of its owner.

Age of Limitations was born from the idea that homeowners should be given a chance to reinvent their spaces, rather than always being locked into cookie cutter designs from the past. This collection was born out of a desire to revitalize the homes in the Miami-Dade County area where Stutz currently resides and to help others to rediscover the joy and creativity that come with home renovation and interior design. The result is an extensive library featuring more than forty projects, representing many styles and architectural concepts, as well as interior architecture concepts that have been proven to work well. In addition to designing the homes and interiors, the firm offers its portfolio, which includes a variety of sketches and renderings that were created by the company’s architects, as well as photos of various projects, all created on a client’s vision through the use of CAD software. These projects include everything from residential spaces to commercial buildings, from ultra-modern condominiums to historic commercial spaces and townhouses.

“Age of Limitations,” which was co-created by Stutz and her husband Dean Jones, is part of a new wave of projects and design concepts that are being introduced by the stutterers. “The Age of Limitations” allows the public to get a close look at the professional stuttering designer, as well as the new techniques she uses to create custom designs. The project was launched after numerous requests from clients who wanted to know if the design company really had the ability to re-design interiors so well. Even those who are not stutterers can take hope from this innovative new initiative.
