Juliana Gimenez was born in Cuba and is originally from the Dominican Republic. She is a talented performer and singer who have gone under the radar in the music industry for a while due to her nationality. However, in the last few years she has gained a lot of attention due to her role as lead singer with the band La Vida. The Nationality is centered on romanticism, which is evident in her song lyrics. Her debut album entitled Just Another Day was produced by the band War. This album was certified gold by the RIAA and achieved platinum status.

In the past few years Juliana has shown a great interest in fashion as she appeared on several runway shows. This has caused her to be viewed as a fashionable woman, so what does nationality have to do with it? Juliana’s answer is simple. Her birth country, Cuba, does not allow many people to have the nationality or citizenship, so she cannot practice her Cuban Nationality. This is not an issue though as Juliana considers herself “anish” despite being born in the USA. Since nationality is not allowed in Cuba, there is only one way for her to acquire both her citizenship and her nationality; which is by becoming a citizen of the USA.

In regards to her professional career, she is currently in the stage where she wants to focus more on music. She has released two albums which are great hits and which were very popular amongst listeners. Her first album was self-titled, as it was not intended for a major label deal. Her second album was titled One World and was produced by Reebok. Her goal with this album was to make a more mainstream album and go back to her more romantically inclined songs from her earlier work. Although she is only twenty-one years old, Juliana already has a lot of experience in the music industry and this should bode well for her career.
