Clare Therese is an extremely accomplished nurse, known for her caring and compassionate way of giving advice to people from all walks of life. When it comes to Nationality, she is a British national and has been working in the health care system for many years. She is also well known for being a very supportive person and helping people become self-sufficient. When her husband took up with her after the completion of her nursing course, she decided that it was time to seek out other types of employment opportunities as there were none available at that time. Therese has gained a great deal of knowledge about nutrition and fitness through personal study and through various volunteer jobs.

She has worked with leading nutritionists and doctors, learning a great deal about healthy eating and nutrition, weight management, physical therapy and rehabilitation. She developed a highly respected nutrition and fitness blog, which are visited by thousands of people every day. In addition to her writing, she leads a busy lifestyle, supporting herself through running and basketball, as well as pursuing her education. Her passion is supporting young women through sport. She has coached some of the world’s top female athletes, including relay champion Peter Farley.
Clare’s partner is originally from Scotland but has lived in the United States since the early 80s. Claire and her partner have always had a strong connection and have remained friends even though they have been in separate relationships for many years. Claire began a rigorous exercise and nutrition program to build up her muscles, lose weight and stay healthy, which has included a regular visit to her yoga instructor.
