My Anna Album Review

Anna Burch has always been fascinating to me. As an adult I have always admired how her music has always reached out and attracted audiences. I am not the only one that feels this way about Anna Burch either. She has achieved quite a large amount of success in her own right, having worked with well-known and well-respected artists such as: Michael Jackson, Elton John, Pat Bragg, Bob Dylan, and many others. In addition to this her musical career has also spanned over several decades and seen some of the most notable and talented musicians of all time involved in the creative process with her as a co-writer, producer, and performer.

The last album that Anna Burch would make before she decided to focus on her own musical interests was called Here There And Everywhere. This album did not really do much for Burch other than make her feel important and knowledgeable of her own career, which is very understandable given the fact that she has been where she needed to be to gain that knowledge. With That album Anna finally found herself with the fame and the success that she longs for but this time it seemed like everyone around knew her music as well. Of course this all changed when she decided to focus on writing and producing music for herself instead of doing what she does best, which is playing shows. This turn down of the creative road has left her with a lot more questions than answers, which I think is completely normal for any artist, especially when they reach a certain point in their career.

Her new album My Anna, will be out in 2021 and I believe that we will see a whole host of different artists from Detox/Afterlife hitting the airwaves singing along to Anna Burch’s wonderfully memorable songs.
