Jenny Olivia is a Nationality singer, composer, and actress who has become popular as the star of the television program Age of Aquaman. The show, which started on TV in 2021 and last season has been renewed for a fourth season, features a young Aquaman as the main lead. Created by Greg Berlanti, the man behind both Lost and Dirty Sexy Money, Age of Aquaman follows the life of this young hero as he finds himself thrust into an adventure that takes him across the sea, from the shores of New Zealand to the undersea kingdom of Themyscira. Playing the role of a mysterious young Aquaman, Jenny Olivia (Anastasia Steele) is a student at a prestigious marine academy whose passion for music spills forth into her role as a composer.
As a member of the Naya Project ensemble, Jenny has written several songs that were previously scored by other artists. She recently wrapped up the latest of these songs which is entitled “Aquaroth”, which was featured in the Best Music Show Awards in January. Her works in this genre have appeared in some of the most prestigious places including the Best New Music Awards, the Audio Media Award for Outstanding Score, the Polaris Prize, and several others. Some of her credits include the songs “Don’t Worry, Be Happy”, “Love You Like Crazy”, “You’re Never Quit Yourself”, and “The Greatest Thing On Earth”.
Jenny Olivia’s other credits include the scores for episodes of No Reservations, Desperate Housewives, The Following, The Mentalist, X-Files: The Missing Pieces, and You’re Gotta Have More. She has also held multiple composer positions at the New York City theater district, contributing music to several acclaimed shows. This includes such shows as The Lion King, revival of Cats, and Love Actually. Her honors further include a duet with former Cat Stevens and director Peter Swords for the score of the film adaptation of Cats, and she was also a featured writer for the script of The Social Network.
