Michel Siivola on the other hand, has taken advantage of a similar situation to create his own brand of coolness.
The man responsible on creating his brand is Jean-Michel “Chloé” Mottet who is also co-founder of Bouncy Castle, a London-based startup that’s selling a series of plush toys inspired by Møller. Mottet created his own brand of softness with the help of his friend, designer Guillaume de Vos, and the two have been known to collaborate on other projects such as the line of t-shirts and hoodies, which are now available for purchase online.
Chloé has brought in some more mainstream collaborators to his new brand, including Vogue and Cosmopolitan to help with sourcing material. The clothing for all three of his shows so far are all handpicked by a small pool of young creatives and there’s no more reason than that to want to see him develop his brand further.
Chloé Mottet is on hand with guests at his first show at the Wrecked Gallery last December and he’s currently in London to perform three sold out shows. On Sunday he’ll be presenting on the fourth floor at St Regis Hotel and then he’ll hit the road with Degrassi: The Next Generation during the second half of this season.
If you catch Møller and chloé at any of these shows, get your tickets before they sell out!
