We got a little sneak peek glimpse into the mystery to what may rest underneath those wigs and hair extensions of Kylie Jenner. She has been known to don many a hair styles that go far beyond a simple cut and style. She often displays bright or bold colors or hides her real locks under a wig or stunning hair extensions. But, what is hidden underneath these fashionable accents? All of this mystery adds to her mystique and certainly keeps fans guessing what her real hair must look like.
Is she really a red head, a blonde, or a brunette? Does she have curly locks, straight, or wavy? Is her hair shaved, or cropped closely to the scalp, or does she push layers of thick hair tucked up under the wigs? Rarely, if ever, does she reveal her real personal style.
We have all become accustomed to expect hair extensions, wigs, platinum blonde and wild colors of head-turning shades as well as bold options such as purple or even green from this girl. Every picture is unique, and we never know if her locks will be worn long, lush, and full with a bow on top or cropped short to accent a desired shade.
Recently, however, Kylie shared a sneak peek into what her real hair looks like on Snapchat. The social media app shows her running her fingers through her hair. But, this wasn’t just another wig. This time, she was fresh out of the shower with wet hair and commenting that her locks haven’t been this long since she was 15 years old. She followed this up with a series of images of her real hair which appeared dark, shoulder-length, and fairly straight. One shot shows it pulled up on top into a knot, though almost giving a hint at an extension. Still another shows her with a dog-face filter but still in the same shoulder-length dark hair.
Of course, we don’t know for sure if her current hairstyle that she uncovered to reveal on Snapchat is actually her natural color. Perhaps she had just come from the hairstylist for a fresh new shade. Though, the current hue does nicely match her eyebrow color, skin tone, and eyes very naturally. So, we assume this is her natural look.
Now that she has shown us a glimpse into what’s under those wigs, can we expect to see more of the real deal? We can only hope so as she holds a natural beauty to behold for sure. Though, she has also proven to pull off any color, wig, hair extension, or style with class.
