Kalpana Ndlovu: “A lot of people, like I do, want to have the ultimate choice, the final say on who they love. What I would like to do is to let everyone choose for themselves.

“This year, when I won I would have done another round of shows and I’d know if it went well.

“But I don’t feel like the act has been very successful because many people haven’t seen it.

“I don’t want that to happen.”

When asked if he and his bandmates could do it again, the singer said: “Yeah, we can try. If we do it, it would have to be with bigger crowds and better management.”

He continued: “It’s probably not been the most successful time. I mean, we’ve won two awards, but that’s still bad news.”
