Ka Hansen wrote in a post to her blog, titled “Why Women and Girls Can’t Hear Us Out About Sexual Harassment.” Hansen describes the two women as the “top executives and the head of HR at a huge company where there’s no real accountability.” To that end, one of the women—Liz Bair, who heads HR for a start-up called Moominology—went to the women’s board and suggested HR should consider the woman’s allegations against her. “Because of you, I think we might be able to get more results from this,” Bair told the women, according to Hansen. “You’ve done all the great work.”

Now, Moominology has a “zero tolerance” policy for sexual harassment, as Hansen writes, but its founders have a different position. The founders, Billie Holiday and her husband, Jerry Holkins, are said to care deeply about their staff, who are largely women. Billie Holkins wrote in a blog that she wanted them to be “truly open with their employees.” Meanwhile, the women who complain about sexual harassment are accused of being “unprofessional,” “crazy,” “out of touch,” and “showing up in a weird way,” Hansen told The Daily Beast.
