Joanna Michael, 21, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass after a scuffle last month, according to police.
Michael was released from jail on Tuesday.
Police issued a warrant and contacted Michael to ask her to leave the house immediately. She refused, so a warrant was issued for her arrest, authorities said.
Police said at the time that they do not know a motive behind the incident.

In the aftermath of August 14 shootings, Minnesota Public Radio’s “Ira Block” spoke to one neighbor in White Bear Lake, who said she felt threatened when the shooter walked through her neighborhood.
“It was very scary when he walked through the yard in broad day light and just started shooting,” neighbor Joanne Brackenbury said. “The little kids were running around like crazy.”
Brackenbury said she has been doing some home repairs and will take some time off to help her family in the time following the shooting.
She didn’t say whether she thought Brackenbury’s safety was in jeopardy, but said her house has been locked since Monday.
There has been a lot of media attention recently on shootings in White Bear Lake, since at least two days after the Aug. 28 shooting, a man apparently shot himself at a neighbor’s home.
Brancsay said she fears there may be a connection between that case and the weekend shooting.
“I’m just glad she got away, but I was expecting to see all the headlines, and it was all about my neighbor,” she said. “Everything’s a mystery… I know every time I come home when I look out my window, there’s a sign over my fence like, ‘No trespassing,’ but I still don’t believe it.”
