Traditional Japanese socks also known as tabi are actually split-toed socks which separate the large toe in half from the rest of the toes. Tabi socks also referred as the tabi are traditionally worn by Japanese people from their childhood days and is part of their daily fashion. Often kids in Japan wear this kind of socks to expose their socks outside of their underwear.
