Ingrid Gaigher is the latest celebrity to join the cast of the new reality show, “Survivor”. The 33-year-old mother of four from England has been called “The Queen of England” due to her long term association with the royal family. She has been married to the duke of Gloucester since 1995. She has four children with her husband and is now trying to live a double life of being a mother and a loyal wife while maintaining a career as a model. As she has shown in the past, there are no easy steps and it will take a great deal of courage on her part to try and navigate this new role as a mother.
The first challenge Ingrid will face is working out how to remain true to her roots while balancing her desire to be a modern woman and take part in the “Survivor” television show. Her parents have always encouraged her to pursue a modeling career, and she always had the dream of one day being an international fashion model. Although at this point in her career, that dream may seem far fetched, it is actually something that could be closer than it seems. As her parents have grown older, they have encouraged her to consider taking up an admin job in an international office. This would keep her busy while she pursued her passion for fashion design and would give her time to think about what career she wanted to follow. Ingrid has always been very loyal to her family and would not have allowed herself to become easily swayed by the siren song of an international opportunity.
Once she has received her degree from college, it will then be time to move to New York City and try her hand at ad agency work. Then again she may choose to stay and take up a teaching post at a university or college here in the States. Whichever path Ingrid chooses, she is making a major step in becoming a real woman. Will she succeed? Only time will tell but at least Ingrid is on her way. This latest role will only add to her growing catalogue of success.
