If you are familiar with Linux containers, then probably you have heard of the new fashion for using a virtual machine – called as “Dockerizing”. It allows multiple (even more) servers to be hosted on one single physical machine. What is also interesting about this new type of computing is that a single machine can act as several different virtual machines. As such, a single machine can be a Docker Server or a Novell Platform. So you can imagine what’s Docker about? Well, here is a simple definition:
Basically, Docker uses this Socket object to run docker commands in the context of a separate program or user. By default, every Docker Cli client utilizes this socket to run commands in a separate process. You can, however, override those settings. In fact, there may be other reasons why you might want to mount docker socket in a container.
In order to use the “Dockerize” service, first you need to download our easy-to-use installer at the bottom of this article and then follow the instructions provided in it. Please make sure that you execute the installation through an isolated user, as installing things in your own system can be a security risk, especially if you are not an IT professional. Also, make sure to create a login environment within your Container to ensure that you have complete control over your Application Container workspace.
