How to Get Creative With Sock Yarn Sale Products
It’s a Sock Yarn Sale on April 15th, I’m sure everyone is excited to get their hands on some gorgeous sock yarn, and start working on a few projects. The sale wraps up on April 20th! I like working with fingering weight acrylic yarns, they’re soft, squishy, and you can wear them more than one time before they need to be washed. Of course, sock yarns are the major draw, every person that shows up for the sale always has at least one sock on the hooks, usually with a beautiful Go Your Own Way Sock pattern already on the needle.
I have always loved to experiment with new colors and textures, but know my limitations. It’s nice to be able to find a huge range of colors, weights, and textures in pretty much any type of sock fabric. The Sock Yarn Sale offers a wide variety of colors and textures in acrylic, nylon, wool, and cotton. Everything is very affordable, especially considering all the high quality stuff that’s also available, like knitted scarves, hats, gloves, and shoes. The amount of different fashion gear you can find at any one time is insane!
When the sock yarn sale is over, I’ll probably stock up again and try to pick up a few more colors or textures, because I know I’ll never tire of experimenting. Color doesn’t matter as much as many fashion gurus think, if you buy socks that compliment your skin tone, and outfit. By wearing a few different socks with different outfits, you can really make a statement, which I love doing!
