Ashley English is known worldwide as a Height Consultant. She began her professional career at the age of 26 in the Washington Center for Mental Health & Policy, where she worked with many of their clients who were dissatisfied with the results of conventional therapy. Ashley English was also an associate with ACT-MP, which stands for the Alliance for Heightened Excellence in Mental Health and Policy. Ashley English left that job in 2021 to pursue a consulting career. While at the height consulting firm she developed the Height Nation program which teaches individuals how to develop an abundance of height through healthy eating habits and regular exercise, as well as other methods like color therapy, yoga, meditation, hydrotherapy and many others.
Ashley English has degrees in holistic medicine and sociology. She has worked with many national and international agencies over the years, most notably with the United States National Institute of Health. She is also a member of the board of directors of the International Medical Hormone Association, which represents millions of women globally. Ashley English’s partner at the height consulting firm is Pauline O’Rourke, M.D. Pauline is also a Board Certified Dermatologist, a fellow in the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and a former National Certification in Therapeutic Massage Practitioner.
