As in all the Sfi Vkhmin courses, this one also tackles on the basic questions that are asked of the candidates when they apply for a position with the Sfi Vkhmin. The questions asked are on: What is your main occupation? Age, gender, nationality, height and hair length.

When asked about their nationalities, the answer given is as follows: Asian (Asian or Indian), Pakistani, Chinese, Bengali, Urdu, Sindhis, Persia, Indian, British and Dutch. Age is a factor for those who have been working with Sfi Vkhmin since years and those who have joined a profession within the last 10 years. For those who have not joined a profession within the last 10 years, the age factor is purely hypothetical. After being matched on all these factors, the candidate is matched on a profession in line with his nationalities.

The Sfi Vkhmin is a legally registered institution and all its processes and procedures are governed by the Law Society. The Sfi Vkhmin is not a marriage in the sense that marriages are not legally registered but it is more like a partnership. In all three types of Sfi Vkhmin, one partner is assigned to be the National Employment Service Coordinators (NES) and is responsible to coordinate all employment screening processes, conduct background checks and update the National Identity Card (NEIC) on behalf of the employer and forwards this information to the National Health Services (NHS) for processing.
