Cynthia Ockenden is an entrepreneur, business consultant and the author of the new book: “Secrets of Network Marketing: What Every Network Marketer Must Know & Do!” In this book, the author shows readers how to become an expert in your own field of interest with just a little bit of careful planning. Her story is fascinating and even includes testimonials from her previous clients, as well as a lot of “how-to” advice and resources for getting into network marketing.
Cynthia is a very intriguing character, that I found myself relating to, even though I am not her age, nor do I even have a network marketing business. It’s interesting how things have changed since high school. I grew up in a home where we enjoyed playing practical jokes on each other, and now, as an adult I struggle to find friends who are serious about business and actually have goals and dreams of making money. Now, with Network Marketing, it seems like everyone has a goal and it’s more than just the usual nine to five job you see at the end of the week.
In terms of a personal story, though, I’d like to include some things that I think are relevant. As a young woman, I was also very aware of my height, which had always been a bit on the unapproachable side for most women. My height gradually started to make an impact on my self-esteem, even if I was generally not particularly bashful about it. It wasn’t until I became a network marketer that I really started to pay attention to my personal appearance and how I felt about myself and my looks, which is one thing that’s definitely important to me now.
