Playing the role of a Spanish girl, Elena through her acting skills becomes a leading character in the film, playing the character of Natalia Dubova. Following her role as Natalia, who works as a concert pianist in a talent agency, Elena settles down with her partner in Paris, Albert Dupree.

But Natalia’s dream of traveling to Madrid to pursue her dream comes to a sudden halt when her piano teacher tells her that she is too old to be a pianist. Instead of accepting her fate, Natalia decides to enter the National Model Registry in order to increase her chances of being chosen for a career in modeling. Attending the NMCs in Spain, Natalia meets her future husband, Juan (Efren Ramirez) – a much younger model. But when a chance arises for Natalia and Juan to travel to Paris where the film “My Fair Lady” was shot, her professional and personal life enters a new chapter.

In this film, Caroline’s height and nationality play a vital role in supporting and enhancing her career. As a model and actress, she tries to fulfill her potential and looks good at all times. As a Spanish woman, however, she maintains her own individuality and looks completely different from the models portrayed in the films. The unique way of life she leads in her private and public life defines her as a true Spanish beauty.
