The hat known as a brim hat is one of the many styles that are worn in the western part of the world. Typically worn by men who ride horses, these hats give the impression of a low triangular shaped crown. In general, this style of hat is made from feathers, felt or braided and has a high crown to rim height ratio. Some of the most famous and popular brim hats are the cowboy hat, Mexican hat, don’t head cap and the head baseball cap. All these hats have their own unique design and none of them look alike.

In the Mexican tradition, this type of hat is said to have been used by warriors before battles. When a warrior is surrounded by his enemies, he can easily have a quick glimpse at his attackers through a bullet proof flat crown. During the course of the Mexican history, several of the Aztecs were noted for wearing this type of hat, which gave them an edge against their foes and an upper hand on their opponents. The flat crown and the pointed tip give this hat its name. It was also believed by some that this hat could protect them from evil spirits.

The fashionable and widely worn Frum Hat is characterized by a rounded brim, usually in the center of the hat, a narrow bill and usually with a wide-brimmed style. The reason for this is to provide a comfortable fit and appearance. A Frum hat can be worn to any occasion, whether it’s a casual get together with friends or a formal party with richly dressed guests. Today, this style of hat is often seen as a part of a wider range of fashion accessories such as hats covers, caps and sunglasses.
