The choices for teens today are vast as compared to what they were just ten years ago. There are more choices in colors, cuts, the types of shoes that are worn and of course the fashion itself.
Today’s most popular trend in the fashion world for teens is hip hop and rap. Hip hop is the fashion of the future and there are many teenagers who are into it. It includes oversized jeans, baggy pants and skintight tops. The clothes are usually made of distressed and broken down clothing. There are few accessories that are not in it such as jewelry, make up, etc.
Another type of fashion that is one of the most popular for one of the younger generation is skateboarding. Skateboard decks are everywhere in the student dorms and there is even a place in the student union for skateboards where one can go to get advice on how to build their first board. Most skateboarders are under twenty years old and do not care if their fashion is cool or not as long as they can skate. They want to be part of something that is fashionable and still fun. This is one of the reasons why there is still such a big demand for skateboards in high schools today.
