Heightened Self Confidence: A Life Spent in Control

Luisa Cerano is an older woman who has been married to a much younger man for the past thirty years. This marriage, however, was not without challenges for Luisa as she found herself becoming frustrated with her lack of height and her less than desirable husband. This led her to begin researching into the subject of increasing her height and in doing so, she discovered the perfect method for increasing her height. By following a holistic approach that included proper nutrition, good exercise, and positive self talk, she was able to achieve her goal of increased height within a very short period of time. Following these steps, even though she admitted to being shy when it came to having someone else taller, she now proudly calls herself “Tall Womanista.”

In addition to her newly found love of height, Cerano also claims to have experienced a great deal of personal happiness through her new found career. Once a stay at home mom, she now spends her days volunteering at local children’s hospitals and is involved in local events such as the Women’s International Marathon in downtown Salt Lake City. While many women may turn to their friends and family for support, Cerano credits her ability to be her own supporter to the fact that she is now in complete control of her life. “I’m no longer in my parents’ career path or having to work forty hours a week at two jobs,” she states. “I have a fulfilling job, am committed to my health, and enjoy the fact that I’m finally living my dream.”

At the end of the day, Cerano would appear to be a typical twenty-year old with a mid-life crisis. However, the surprising truth is that this mother of three has achieved the height she has always desired both in her career and in her personal relationships. Being in control of your life is an important key to happiness and a life lived to the full. When you are self motivated, focused on a particular goal, and inspired by your own talents and goals, the world becomes your oyster.
