The second season of Alora Babb is called “Shawn’s World.” In this series, Shawn and Ginger move from California to New York City. Ginger is a stay at home mom who wants a career; however, she’s not sure what kind of career she wants because she’s not tall enough. Her best friend, Kaylee (Sandra Oh), is a tall beautiful woman in her thirties who wants to move into fashion. When Shawn and Ginger meet and start dating, they both think that they are meant for each other but neither knows how much further apart they will be.
Alora Babb is one of my favorite actresses. Her best known roles were on the TV shows Betrayal and The Perfect Score, but she has also had some good smaller roles, including an interesting role as a sexy mermaid in a Beauty and the Beast video. Her Height Miracle accentuates her beauty and allows her to escape into her own world. This is the first role that I have seen where Alora has such an obvious height difference from the actress playing the character, but it doesn’t detract from her appearance. Instead, it enhances her appeal.
The Love Season continues with more of our favorite characters, as David and Debra have a chance to renew their relationship and David gets serious about his feelings for her. Meanwhile, Kaylee starts falling in love with Jacob, and Ginger gets a promotion. The tension between these three women comes to a head when David proposes marriage to Debra, but she immediately rebuts the idea. Things get even more complicated when David decides to marry Silas, so that he can fulfill his destiny with her.
