Aged twenty-four when she first started weightlifting, Gavrilova became one of the brightest weightlifter in the world.
When Alena Gavrilova began her national career at the age of eighteen, it was not long before she became one of the best and brightest fitness models in the world. It was not an easy progression and there were many close calls but Gavrilova persevered. In her early days, as a model, it was not uncommon for her to be dropped by several agencies owing to her rather obvious physical build.
So it is important that one’s physique should be attractive to the opposite sex and not merely impressive. However, it is equally important for one to be honest about one’s own body and not to pretend to be something she is not. Alena Gavrilova has a great deal to teach young women considering that her achievements in the sphere of athletics are not entirely isolated. She has also won titles in the world of volleyball and gymnastics. Now that she has achieved what all professional athletes strive for, all eyes are on her.
