Ashley Roberts was born in Southern California. Her childhood was spent in foster homes, and she was later abused as a child by her stepfather. She has never shirked her original birth title “Ashley”. She has been married to three men and is presently the owner of three different music labels.

Ashley Roberts was featured in the movie, The New Millennium. Her performance as a virtual assistant to her much younger stage mother, played by Catherine Zeta-Jones, won her an Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. She has since gone on to play several more acclaimed and well received roles in films and on television, most notably in the television series Falling Skies, and also in the video game Halo, where she was given the voice of the Guardian. In addition to her work in the world of cinema, she also gained attention as a contestant on the popular television show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Her appearance on this reality show, as well as her winning bid to win the competition against fellow contestant Candice Swan, made her a name that many celebrities and fans alike quickly latched onto.

In recent years, Ashley has established herself as an entrepreneur. She has launched her own line of clothing, fitness equipment, and health and wellness products, all of which have seen great success. The one thing that she has not been able to get very far with, however, is her height. Despite her success in the business realm, she continues to struggle with the perception of her height. Despite being only 5 feet tall, she is determined to overcome these setbacks and become an active part of the Hollywood entertainment industry.
