Dana Abuhasna is the perfect example of a Professional in the National Association for Professional Wrestling. She is a wrestler at California State University of Polytechnic. In her first two years as a wrestler, she has defeated all the way to the EliteXC Heavyweight Title. But is Dana one of those rarest of breed athletes that makes a living wrestling? What does it take to be a professional wrestler and maintain your height and nationality?
I was looking online the other day and couldn’t find any info on this question. There was an article about Vince McMahon, but nothing more. So, it appears that being a Professional Wrestler doesn’t automatically mean you have to be in the wrestling ring at age 34. It seems that the wrestlers peak height is actually much older than the current wrestling world will admit. I can’t remember ever seeing anyone that claimed to be a wrestler at age 34. I’m going to guess they were in their twenties or even younger.
If you are really into bodybuilding and physique sports then you should be able to maintain your height and build muscle. If not, you are going to look like you went five to ten years without working out. If you are serious about staying in shape and learning to train hard, then the answer is definitely yes. You need to spend time in the gym and learn from a Pro. This is where you are going to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to gaining muscle mass.
