Claire Mazur, who has written a very informative and intelligent book on her Nationality and Education, could have written a whole book about it but she only included three chapters that are extremely relevant and important to her topic. The other chapters cover the topics of Raising Children, Career Planning, and Raising Teens. I found that Claire Mazur, who is British, did not talk much about nationality or education, but instead focused on discussing different subjects including how to find your own unique voice, what is the point of education, the importance of maintaining a healthy self-image, and why you should feel compelled to work towards a common goal.

In Chapter One of Claire Mazur’s Practicalnutrition, she discusses how nutrition affects body height and how height is affected by nutrition, as well as discussing the impact of a parent’s profession on a child’s height. Claire makes some excellent points in this chapter, but then goes on to describe careers that will make you stand out from the crowd in terms of money, such as a Wall Street investment banker or actor. The one career that Mazur does not mention that would have a profound impact on height and that has a huge impact on whether or not a person stands out in a crowd is sports. In Chapter Two, Mazur talks about the importance of being able to balance sports with school work, and how the sport of choice can affect your performance at school and also outside of sports.

In Chapter Three, Mazur goes into explaining how the pressures of school and work and family can change the way that you see yourself, your relationships, and your health. This is a very good chapter and highlights the need for adults to create a balance between their personal and professional lives, and how they can maintain a healthy body and mind. Mazur talks about how sometimes the pressures of work and marriage can cause less than desirable effects on your physical and mental health, and discusses the possibility of getting a marriage license. Claire Mazur is an excellent contributor to both married couples and unmarried parents, and has a very interesting take on the world of height and education.
