The H Town Knockin’ the Boots is a line of footwear that is a collaboration of sorts between urban footwear designers Christian Louboutin and Merrell. Each pair is named after an individual city (Huston, New York by way of instance) and is adorned with the brand name’s trademark crosses, stripes, swoosh, and logo. In addition to their own design lines, each pair has been designed to be worn with a variety of other garments, many of which are also manufactured by Hooters. The majority of the designs in the H Town Knockin the Boots line have been created with comfort and style in mind, rather than making any sweeping fashion statements. While the boots on offer may not necessarily be the best-known on the block, they do offer a refreshingly simple alternative to the ‘fluff’ that a large majority of urban footwear is aimed at.

With many of today’s urban youth struggling to make a living and support themselves and their families, it seems more that fashion must fit into their already overstressed lives. The Hooters Boots line provides an affordable alternative for those who wish to show their style without drowning their budget in extravagance. As these shoes begin to appear in local high-end fashion stores across America, one can only imagine the next major splash that urban footwear will make on the street. With each new generation of hustlers looking for ways to show their style, it is only a matter of time before these boots become as popular amongst the teenage set as they are among the middle class.
