Fashion Valley is a premier fashion oriented shopping center in San Diego, California, with many exclusive stores. The center is located in the heart of San Diego’s fashion district downtown. Fashions are found throughout all the floors of the center, and the malls feature exclusive brands and designer collections by some of the world’s most popular designers. Outlets for popular designer labels like Versace, Gucci, and Burberry are found on the upper floors, while specialty stores and department stores are spread out throughout the lower levels of the center.

Fashion Valley is the only mall in San Diego County that features an entire floor dedicated to women’s fashion, as well as a separate floor dedicated to men’s fashion. The center is managed by the fifty percent owner Simon Property Group, who also own and operate the other three major shopping centers in the city of San Diego. The mall is designed around a central courtyard, which is divided into five smaller courtyards. Each of these courtyards houses different types of retailers, including apparel and jewelry, home decor, children’s toys, kitchenware and supplies, sports and fitness, specialty shops, and home furnishings. In addition to the five main floors of Fashion Valley, there are two additional levels that are off of the main entrance called the Promenade and Concourse.

The majority of the tenants of Fashion Valley are major department stores, including JCPenny, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Crate and Barrel. However, there are also some local boutique shops, Asian-inspired specialty stores, and a few exclusive boutiques that focus on ethnic and specialty fashion items. A variety of restaurants and bars can be found here as well, which makes fashion valley one of the most popular shopping centers in the county.
