Over the past few years Michael Jackson has managed to create a huge impact on the world of fashion and the men and women who follow fashion trends have followed his lead. The King of Pop was one of the first major fashion designers to utilise hairstyles and clothing in a manner which was unprecedented at the time. Since then all fashion designers have attempted to emulate his style and designs, creating an impression of what a certain style can do for a particular outfit. It wasn’t long before this fashion revolution became an established fad and everyone from Hollywood celebrities to ordinary people were becoming involved in the world of fashion.
In recent years there have been a number of fashion trends, which have become quite popular, particularly among teenagers and young adults. One of these trends has been that of using asymmetrical lines in clothing and accessories. The Elan International agency which is responsible for many of the fashion trends that are seen through various media has made a name for itself by capitalising on the asymmetrical style which seems to be in favour at the moment.
Since there has been a lot of interest in asymmetrical fashion trends, it means that designers are starting to use more photographs which are asymmetric in nature as references for their clothing designs. One of the most interesting things that we have seen taking place recently is the use of photographs of naked men on the pages of fashion magazines. Although there aren’t many women who are willing to wear such a revealing design, there is a great deal of interest in what can be called nude fashion and the designers who are creating these designs are trying to make a name for themselves by providing something a little different than the norm. This trend will only last however, until the public becomes more comfortable with wearing garments that are a little on the not so obvious.
