It’s almost like they’re trapped in time, and every time you look at a fashion magazine or flip through a fashion catalogue, you see them coming back. The past decade, for instance, was filled with many fashion trends that were popular, and some even seemed to be permanent. However, many of those fashions are making a comeback. The past fashions were normally popular for a year or so and then were either forgotten or faded away quickly. The fading away of fashion trends seem to be happening everywhere – from Hollywood to Main Street.
Back in the early to mid 1990’s, there were all sorts of fashions that came and went – “the boot-cut” and low rise jeans. In fact, low rise jeans were all the rage! These fashion trends didn’t last long, and faded away as quickly as they arrived. Since then, new styles have come back around – like stripes instead of basic black and white, and leather jackets instead of boring white t-shirts. These fashions are now making a comeback.
The latest fashion trends from the past that are coming back around include voguish fabrics and “SNOW” colors (or winter green and white). Many people don’t realize how much of a fashion trend now is for this year, or even for the next few years – it’s just a trend that makes sense. Winter is coming, and if fashion is any indicator, we can probably expect a lot more snow in the near future.
