In 2021, there was an explosion in the number of designers who designed plus sized clothing lines. Plus size fashion, however, has gone through quite a few changes since then. Some designers have gone back, making larger and more flattering fashions; others have gone out of business. It seems that fashions have just gone back to normal. The good news is that the fashions on the market now are just as good, if not better than before!

In 2021, many plus-size fashion designers made new, larger collections of plus-sized clothing. For the past three years, fall trends in fashion and clothing have been dominated by slim, beautiful models, and a few frumpy celebrities. This year, we may see a few more big, beautiful models grace the runways, but the slim models that were so hot a few years ago are now being edged out.
