Disney Alice in Wonderland is a film you don’t want to miss! The story of this charming Disney cartoon is brought to life on screen by the brilliant Disney Imagineers John Carter and Ellen DeGeneres. In this film, Alice (Kathleen Berry) falls down a rabbit-hole and meets a lively cast of Disney characters, like the giddy Cheshire Cat and the ever-wise Mad Hatter. When Alice (abelle Couture) falls into the clutches of the wicked Queen of Hearts, she quickly discovers that she’s been locked away in a strange castle. Now, when she’s faced with the possibility of being separated from her beloved Alice (voice of Ellen DeGeneres), Alice makes her way through the many different rooms of the castle – where she meets the delightful and humorous personalities that make up the Disney cast of characters: Mickey (Mike Myers), Goofy (Mickey mouse), and the ever-smiling Daisy (Yasmin Banner).

Thematically, the story of Disney Alice starts when Alice finds herself with a beautiful country couple, Roger and Gracie (Philip Seymour Hoffman andetta Ross). The two happily married people are accosted by the nasty Queen of Hearts, who makes them promise never to leave her side, and that they must be good friends if they expect to succeed. The queen also takes a liking to Alice, making her believe that she’s someone dangerous and wishes to banish her to the country: a pitch so bland you could drive a car through it, or something similar. But luckily, with the help of her new friends, Alice can convince the Queen to leave the Fairy Realm once and for all…

Overall, this is a fun film that just might appeal to a younger age group than Disney Alice (in case you were expecting a trip into Alice in Wonderland). Although some of the characters may seem a little childish, the animation itself is quite impressive, especially when you compare it to the current crop of animated Disney films. If you haven’t seen the film, you might want to check it out, it’s worth it!
