During her eight years at Fairfield Inn and W, she developed more than 300 recipes for their famous Chinese meals. She served as the general manager of the Chinese department at Fairfield Inn and was responsible for training chefs at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. Ms. Fahr is originally from Pakistan and speaks English fluently. In order to be categorized as a “Partner Nationality” in the Chinese immigration system, foreign professionals who have worked for a minimum of two years in the United States must pass a proficiency test with a National Certification Board for Quality Assurance (NCQA) score of at least 75.

If you plan on becoming a partner in a Chinese restaurant in the future, it would be in your best interest to take the test for your National Certification by the CQBA. It is very easy to find the NCQA exam online so you should not have any difficulty passing it. Just be sure that you choose a credible test provider to ensure your best results. For those of you who are not familiar with the NCQA test, it is broken down into four parts. Part one is assessment, part two is research and part three involves analysis.
