Cynthia Andrew is a name that has become synonymous with some of the best-selling biographies and memoirs. Her first book, Color Me Not was released in 2021; it centers on the life of former First Lady Hillary Clinton. It tells the former first lady’s accomplishments as first lady, including her professional achievements, political aspirations, and family history. Her second memoir, Living Color Me Not, was released in 2021 and chronicled her sixties-plus years of living with her mother and sister in Arkansas.
Now, she is an author for the National Independent Publishers Group, focusing on relationships, families, children, and the written word. Her writing style is engaging, yet informative and often quotes the common saying “life’s too short,” which really hit home with me. In addition to her books, she is also known for her articles that appear on numerous web sites across the internet. The author and relationship expert, Carol Duvall has been quoted as saying, “It is important to remember who we were as children, what our Nationality was, and our height and age throughout our life if we are to truly understand ourselves.” These quotes and articles, in addition to her own writing, add depth and focus to her already impressive body of work.
Cynthia is not only a great quote writer, but an excellent parent as well. Born and raised in Arkansas, parents divorced when she was young, and she moved with her mother and two sisters to New England. She was a National Guardsman in the Marines from 1965 to 1970, serving in Vietnam. After retirement, she became a teacher, writing motivational books, served as a marriage and family counselor, and earned a Master’s degree in Human Services.
