Claudia Ayala says there is “no evidence” that she was attacked by Clinton — but she does not think that the former secretary of state was in a mood to play nice.

Ayala, a member of the Democratic National Committee, told NBC News that the candidate “was all like, ‘We’re just gonna make it all better, just make sure not to be rude.’ So I thought she was in good-hearted, good spirits, but then she started to be vicious.”

“Then you see her walking down the hallway and she’s with her security,” Ayala continued. “She came right in to me, she was just like, ‘Where was I? You need to have come over here before.’ I thought, ‘This is not going to end well.'”

Ayala says it’s unclear whether Clinton’s security team was in full force or just on hand at the time of the attack.

Clinton’s campaign has not confirmed whether she was ever assaulted.
