Aurora Straus is an accomplished professional athlete, a former student, and a singer/songwriter. She currently competes professionally in the International Motorcycle Sports Association (IMSA), and in the American Leisure Travelers Association (ALTA). A resident of Michigan, where she resides and works, Straus has become known as one of the fastest growing female athletes in the United States. She has also won the 2021 Motocross Championship for the second consecutive time, as well as the Motocross Motoscope Trophy, the Motocross Supercross Championship, the Trail Runner Championship, the Spring Series Motocross, the Roll-A-Box Motocross Tournament, the Trail Ride championship, and the Street Sweepstakes.

Since making her professional racing debut at the historic Pirelli World Challenge on February 13th, 2021, Aurora straus has been rewarded with a lengthy list of high profile endorsements from such high-profile companies as Budweiser, Nike, Covercraft, doc, Fox, Diadora, Jelly Belly, and Monster. These notable sponsorship deals come at a time when race car driving has become a truly glamorous career choice. Straus has also signed a four-year extension to her contract with IMSA, keeping her with the organization through at least the next two seasons. Additionally, she received the cover of Men’s Health, in addition to several additional publicity spots. Both her personal life and racing life has been heavily publicized, resulting in millions of dollars in sponsorship revenue.

Perhaps most importantly, however, has been the impact of her participation in the Toyota Racing World Series. Having raced in several different weight class categories and long distance races over the years, including some of the globe’s most prestigious races, such as the Rolex Series, Straus finally has a chance to prove herself on a global stage. In addition to a win at the Rolex Series against defending champion Tom Steelen, she is tied for fourth in her first season in full-time Formula D Racing action. A move into the WEC has not only added another trophy to her collection, but also increased her visibility as an active professional racing women’s racer. Many would agree that this is exactly what any female racer who wants a career racing on a professional level should aim for.
