Aurora Perrineau is an American model and actress. She is most well known for playing Shana Elmsford on the TV show Jem and the Holograms, a live-action series adaptation of the same 1980s cartoon series. The character was named after the real life wife of one of the main characters, who happens to be played by Aurora Perrineau on the show. She has since gone on to feature in other animated works such as the video game The Wizard of Oz and has also been seen in a number of movies and TV shows made throughout the years. However, it is her role as the mother of one of the main characters in the video game that has gained her a devoted following.
